The Ovesco AGM will take place on Thursday 15th October at 6pm online. We are inviting current shareholders to consider joining the Board of Directors. The Board meets quarterly and directors have an opportunity to shape the future of Ovesco and our work to decarbonise Lewes energy usage.
Directors have different levels of involvement – some of our directors give up 3-4 days a week to pursue projects and programmes that they feel passionate about. Other directors draw upon their life experience to input into the direction of the organisation at board meetings.
The directors play a crucial role in raising awareness of Ovesco – and broadening take up of our share offers in the community as well as bringing their other experiences to bear.
