Sunny Solar Schools

Sunny Solar Schools

In 2018 OVESCO invited you to invest in community-owned solar generation for schools in East Sussex. We raised £70,000, and installed 60kW of solar PV via two projects on local schools – St John’s College, Brighton and a second installation at King’s Academy, Ringmer.

Pre-registration.  We are currently pre-registering school roof-tops before March 31st this year when the government’s feed in tariff ends.  If you are part of a school that would like solar panels – at no cost to the school – please get in touch.

We will launch a new community share offer later in 2019.

Ovesco are pre-registering roof tops of community buildings before the 31st March deadline.
Community Energy groups will then have a year to build any solar projects that they have pre-registered.
If you are part of an organisation that would like to get their roof-top registered, and make the most of the benefits of community energy.  Get in touch.
