Spectacular science shows: Science adventures in our inflatable dome: Solar viewing: Looking at the Sun safely through specialist solar telescopes: Satellites: An exhibition with activities which will help you learn about satellites PLUS guest exhibitors to inspire and excite.
Come and meet Nick Rouse energy guru and the OVESCO team. Using Nick’s hands on energy models you can learn about the history of energy and the multitude of ways electricity is generated. Cycle our energy bikes and see if you can power up light towers and learn just how hard it is to boil a kettle in your home. Learn about how we are changing the way we provide electricity from generators using coal power in the past to the future of energy from solar and wind power. All provided by local community energy company OVESCO, which is powering local businesses and schools with community solar PV.
