DESCRIPTION:Nature & Climate Event for communities within the parishes of Cuckmere\, East Dean & Friston & Willingdon & Jevington\nEast Dean & Friston Parish are hosting a event to share the outcomes of the Nature Recovery and Climate Action Project in their parish\, to learn about what’s already happening\, and planned\, across the three parishes within the South Downs Way (SDW) loop \nWhen: Tuesday 3 September – 3.30 to 7pm \nWhere: The Pump Barn\, Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre \nAgenda\n3.30 to 4.30pm – Networking amongst stalls provided by relevant local traders/services and local groups. \n5 to 7pm – Public Meeting featuring the Nature Recovery & Climate Action Project in East Dean & Friston as well as short presentations by the SDNPA\,Natural England\, Forestry England\, the National Trust and others. DESCRIPTION:Excited to announce our newest event Eco Home Open House!\nThis September\, local residents in the Lewes District are throwing open their doors so you can visit and see what changes they have made to their homes to make them more energy efficient.   Come and visit the homes\, chat to the local homeowners directly and be inspired to make changes yourselves.   \nThe eco open homes will range from brand new houses to Victorian and older where homeowners have been able to decarbonise and electrify.  The open house tours in Barcombe and Lewes will take place on the weekend of the 14th and 15th of September. \nThe open homes in Rodmell\, Newhaven and Seaford will take place the following weekend on the 21st and 22nd of September. There will be a mix of bookable tours and walk ins. If you would like more info on the Eco home Open Houses\, download our brochure now! \nTimetable\nMost houses are open 10am–1pm and 2pm–4pm. Some houses are only open one day or for half a day. Please check for individual houses for details found in the brochure. \nThe following houses have tours that need to be booked on Eventbrite.
