DESCRIPTION:Pop up Eco Open House in Lewes! \nIf you thought you couldn’t have an air source heat pump in the heart of Lewes’ Conservation Area\, in a terraced house\, come and see this one! We are really pleased to be able to invite Zoe to show you her hand-crafted town house in the very heart of Lewes. The house is modern but has depth and soul due to the natural\, reclaimed and recycled materials used in the renovation over 4 years ago.  There is an air source heat pump on the roof\, providing hot water and underfloor heating\, with a smart thermostatic heating system. Lighting is especially low energy\, with LED fittings throughout\, some using as little as 1 watt. The house has reduced its annual energy consumption from c.12\,900 kWh to c. 5\,500 kWh – a reduction of 57%. \nZoe will show you around and there will be a Q&A session afterwards. \nOpen 12th September at 11am.
